One good idea can carry your week.
You do not need seven ideas for seven days. You need one real thing that happened, told three ways.
Pick something that actually happened
The best posts start with an event, not a theme. A job you finished. A question three customers asked this month. A change you made and why. “We changed the packaging so it can be reused” gives you a decision, a reason and something to show. “Post about sustainability” gives you a blank page.
Write the idea in one plain sentence before you write anything else. If the sentence is boring, the idea is not ready. Find the detail that made you want to tell someone in the first place.
Find three ways in
One idea, three posts, three angles. First, announce it: here is the new packaging. Second, explain it: the old box was awkward to open and went straight in the bin, and that bothered us. Third, show it: a ten-second clip of the box folding flat and going back on the shelf.
Each post stands on its own. Someone who sees only the second one still gets a complete thought. Someone who sees all three learns a little more each time, which is how a story gets told on a feed that never shows everything to everyone.
Let each channel be itself
The idea stays the same. The shape changes. Instagram wants the picture and one warm line. LinkedIn wants the reason, in a few short paragraphs. X wants the single sentence you would say across the counter. TikTok wants the fold, filmed on your phone.
You do not need every format for every idea. Make the versions you can make well with what you already have, and skip the rest without guilt.
Leave room
Three posts across a week is plenty. Space them out: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The gaps let people catch up, and let you see what landed before the next one goes out.
Then read the replies. The question someone asks under the second post is usually next week’s idea. That is the loop: one real thing, told three ways, and the conversation it starts hands you the next one.
